MOVIEVEL:"Guardians" (2017) is a Russian superhero film directed by Sarik Andreasyan. The story is set during the Cold War, where a secret organization called "Patriot" creates a team of superheroes, each hailing from different Soviet republics. These heroes—Arsus, a man who can transform into a bear; Khan, a martial artist with superhuman speed; Ler, who can control earth and stone; and Xenia, a woman with the ability to become invisible and withstand extreme temperatures—are brought together to defend the homeland from a powerful, technologically advanced villain named August Kuratov. As they face Kuratov's forces, the Guardians must learn to work as a team to stop his plans and save the world from destruction.
